Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you’re able to add Add Unlimited Design Requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive my designs?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Who are the designers?

At DesignStudio Service, you’ll have the pleasure of collaborating directly with me, the founder. While I handle your project’s core design needs, we also tap into a network of expert partner designers for specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations. Rest assured, your project is in good hands from start to finish!”

How does the Pause Feature Benefit You?

We get it – your design needs aren’t always consistent. Sometimes, you only need a few projects completed within a month. That’s where our Pause Feature shines.

Here’s how it works: Our billing cycles run on a 31-day period. Let’s say you’ve been using our service for 21 days and find yourself needing a break. Simply hit pause, and your billing cycle freezes. You’ll still have 10 days of service left to utilize whenever inspiration strikes again. It’s flexibility tailored to your schedule.

How do I request designs?

Whether you prefer typing out your brief directly, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video, we’ve got you covered. If it can be linked or shared, we got you covered.

What if I don't like the design?

No Stress! We’ll Keep Perfecting Your Design Until It’s Exactly What You Envisioned

Are there any design projects you won't handle?

Of course. While our DesignStudio service is comprehensive, there are a few exceptions: we don’t offer services for 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (such as medical forms), intricate packaging, or extensive print projects (like magazines or books). But please feel free to contact us first to see if we can assist on your project.

What if I only have a single request?

No problem at all! With our flexible subscription, you can pause anytime you’re done and resume whenever you’re ready for more. Don’t let any part of your subscription go to waste – it’s all about your convenience.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

While we strive for excellence in every project, refunds are not available due to our commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
